Wow....times flies!!! I can't believe it is the end of March already. I apologize for getting behind with my updates.

It was great to visit with all of you at conference time. I always enjoy sharing the great things that we are doing in Kindergarten.

Language Arts=We will work with letters "Vv" and "Jj". Our new sight words are "they" and "are". Keep practicing the sight words. There are 37 to know by the end of the year. Encourage your child to write stories (more than 1 sentence). They should spell each words how it sounds. Remind them to use capital letters at the beginning and an end mark at the end.

Math=We are finishing the chapter on Money and Time. Have your child identify the name and value of each coin. Practice telling time to the hour.

Science=The goldfish and guppies are REALLY coming. We are anxiously wait to observe and learn about them.
