Thanks to all of you who helped with our Halloween fun last Friday. It was great to have so many extra hands. I enjoyed getting a chance to visit with you as well.

We are learning:

-letter "Aa" - We learned the sound as well as how to form the letter correctly. Please practice at home.
-word blending -Now that we have learned about the vowel "a", we can begin to blend the sounds of letters together to read words. Practice at home with any 2 letter word that has the vowel "a" in the middle.

-math - We talked about more and less. We also practiced making numbers 0-10 correctly. Continue to watch and remind your child to form letters and numbers from the top down.

-Social Studies We have finished our chapter about families and will move on to talk about being a good friend.
