Wow-the days are just flying by. I can't believe that it is the middle of January already. The pace in kindergarten will pick up a bit. The kids now know many letters and letter sounds and can blend the letters together in order to read and write.

***Handwriting-as you watch your child write numbers and letters be sure to remind them to begin at the top. Correct letter and number formation is important in the reading process.


Math= Chapter 6 works with numbers 11-30. We will use 10 frames to better understand place value (tens and one).
